  My mom rented from this this location almost 3 months ago. She went into the store she signed things that were not properly explained to her about the type of service she would be getting. Long story short they have her on weekly payments instead of Bi-Weekly.Which she asked to Monthly or Bi-Weekly. She has been disrespected numerous times by a guy who works there by the name of Alan. When he calls its always very disrespectful and hostile. The stove they delivered was damaged i have been requesting that someone come service it or repair it for almost 3 months now. Finally just last week they send someone at 7pm to say they are here to swap out the stove. I'm like im cooking at the moment so no w cannot do this now. the professional thing to do would be to call and say you are coming or set an appointment time. The refrigerator she rented was missing shelving when she got it delivered they refuse to replace the missing compartments.
  
  I have to say that this is the most ghetto, ratchet, rude & disrespectful customer service i have ever received. Even a guy who works there named Robert has said that customers have constantly complained at bout Mr.Alan. How does a person who constantly gets complaints allowed to still be employed there. You ask for a manager you get the run around. You ask for a supervisor no one is there. You ask for a number to escalate and complain they don't want to give it to you.
