  This is the worst travel company I have ever dealt with. Their buses are old and not ready for a road. Our trip to Kentucky and back took 12 hour and it was a ride from hell. The bus had big issue which caused it to shake and make bad noises at the back of it the entire trip. It felt like the wheel is going to come off anytime. When we brought this to Ted's - the organizer attention, his replied was " it cost $250 to change the shocks at the back" ...I could not believe his ignorance. Never ever take this company as your trip organizer. You will not have a good time!!
