  DO NOT RENT. Rented through them for 5 yrs and saw and INCREDIBLE DECLINE in bldg care. They were hot to put their relatives in the apartments, claiming they were "building managers"- no- they were LAZY RELATIVES who did not clean. The building at 1255 W. Bryn Mawr 60660 began having roaches, mice and rats!! YES. RATS. Calling them was insane because employees would never reply. Why wouldn't they reply? My guess is that they didn't want to be involved with the scandals and illegal operations of the company. If your "portfolio" is being managed by Realty & Mortgage, you may as well flush it down the toilet. You will need SUCH extensive repairs by the time you get it back that you will kick yourself for hiring them.
