I am very disappointed in my experience with RCN. I spoke to someone in customer service named Tammy, and she was the farthest thing from good customer service. She was blatantly rude and disrespectful. I just started using RCN and I was confused about the billing cycle. The bill never got sent out so I asked for that late fee to be waived. Most companies will waive the fee for a one time thing or if the bill did not get sent out. She told me "too bad", it was my problem, and I needed to figure it out. Someone should not be working in customer service if that is how they speak to customers. Tammy should find herself a new field of work.
