  Randolph Cleaners didn't have my shirts ready when they said they would. I went back to pick them up and the women gives them to me and is ready to ring me up. I look at the shirts and said these haven't been cleaned and both had liquid stains on them that weren't there before. The lady then admitted to me the machine broke and the shirts weren't washed. Yet, she was still going to try to ring me up? Unethical and very poor experience. I will never go here and don't recommend it. She never apologized nor made amends for the matter. She tried to cover it up. Completely ruined 2 new shirts. Disappointing.
