  BEWARE: Just had my boiler serviced... the technician was here all of thirty minutes. He secured one wire and reset a trip switch for the price of $213.00... ARE YOU SERIOUS????? Had I would've known it would've cost so much, I would've did it myself for the price of eighty-nine dollars (the basic service call price)... the technician never told me what was wrong, just fixed the problem and then charged me the cost to fix an electrical problem. I called to make a complaint and to no avail of trying to rectify this outrageous price, the manager tells me this is how he pays his technician to come out...???? What was the eighty-nine dollars????? BAIT FOR THE CATCH... I GUESS.....
  After not having heat for approximately twenty-four hours, having paid the two hundred thirteen dollars to Ralph's Heating, going back and forward with the owner in regards to not having heat and being out of $213, the owner sent out his technician to rectify the heat situation, and compensate me for my suffering... I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT I HAVE HEAT and I feel that the owner has honored my request for the job to be completed as expected.
