  I had worse experience here, the nursery team lead behaved very rude with, while discharging my new born baby they didn't gave any thing to me except the discharge summary.
  After couple of days when I went hopsital and asked for foot prints of my baby they said they don't have and they are not ready to help.
  And upon that they called security to send me out. this is really a bad experience.
