  In Sept. I was looking for parking on the street and, at first I drove by and saw a "free valet" sign. I couldn't find parking on the street so the second time I drove up to the valet and the guy told me it was $20, I looked around to look at the sign and it was gone, I was surprised. I gave him the money and I went to my event and asked around about the parking and i was told to call the company because sometimes they like to charge more money for themselves. I called and I was told I would receive a gift card with a refund of my money and I never saw it. I called multiple times and the same answer was given to me; they kept saying they sent it. Nope
