  Horrible staff!!! Signed up online and the girl that checked me in for the FIRST time, took my ID, a pic, handed my the tag, and WALKED AWAY!! Had me standing there looking like an idiot because I didn’t realize we were done! Didn’t receive my shirt or was even offered a tour of the place!! I’ve been to several PF as guest this by far was the worst service and now I’m a customer!!! Is that how you treat people once they become customers?!?!!
