  I called to set up an appointment for Alopecia or possible stress spot. Receptionist said at first that I had to call my own insurance to verify what it would cover after calling my insurance and attempting to get the CPT codes from the clinic to see what it would cover. I called the clinic back another receptionist answered and gave me a whole different story that the procedure is for me to set up an appointment get seen and they bill my insurance . Then went to off to say now you know and hung up on me .If the Doctors are as screwed up as the office staff I want no part of them taking any time to look at me let alone treating my health beware stay away.
