  I have been going to Phillip James Salon for about 5 years and have never been disappointed. The staff (Jim, Claudine and Dana) are all very laid back and extremely good at what they do. My hair extensions always look great, are extremely affordable and I obviously like them because I keep coming back. The hair is excellent quality and Jim always gives me great suggestions on how to make my extensions last longer and to keep them extensions looking great.
  
  I am always able to get an appointment when I need one and if I need a quick touch-up or adjustment, I can usually get in the same afternoon. I highly recommend the Phillip James Salon - and can't imagine going anyplace else in Chicago.
