  My visit to pearly white dental...
  Let me start off by saying that it was by far the very best! Blanca welcomed me and my 4 kids in the most professional,respectful and most caring way, she made us feel very secure and most comfortable way. Blanca makes you feel welcomed and the staff there absolutely outstanding with their profession at it's finest. I 100% recommend pearly white dental.the office has a positive atmosphere blanca and her staff are courteous very pleased with our first visit, my experience was great i will definitely be back.

  Still waiting for a call from corporate office. The office manager Blanca was extremely rude and unprofessional. I thought I had an appointment tried to cancel it due to having two kids and no babysitter. I knew it was last minute they explained the cancellation policy, okay fine. I’ve never missed an appointment was always on time. Doctor always run behind schedule having you wait sometimes an hour to be seen after appointments. When I tried to reschedule Blanca said “I have a kid find a babysitter and call back later” and hung up. When I called back she kept me on hold. Called back again and she said they stopped accepting my insurance the beginning of the month. So I asked how was I able to schedule an appointment just a week ago. She puts me on hold for another 20 minutes and said I didn’t have an appointment. So you were going to charge me a cancellation fee for an appointment I never had?
