  Saturday, Feb 3rd, 2:30 pm. I've been to Pastoral Lakeview many times and have used their catering services for several events; so, I know what they are capable of. Today, I ran in to get a sandwich. Maybe there were five customers inside. There were two employees behind the deli counter, one person arranging the cheese and one person working the cash register. It didn't seem that busy for a Saturday afternoon. I stood by the deli counter for almost five minutes and not once would one employee acknowledge me or make eye contact. I don't expect them to drop what they are doing but they need to do a 'be right with you' at the very least. I finally said can someone acknowledge me and still amazingly not a single employee could look up or speak up. I had the distinct impression the two guys behind the deli saw me but were thinking don't look up because it will be one more thing I'll have to do; let someone else take care of him. So amateurish and unprofessional. I walked out and went somewhere else where they actually acknowledged me and wanted my business.
