  Mark was great! Our air unit broke down, and he got it up and running in no time. Mark explained everything to us, and was very passionate about his work. I hope our AC unit doesn't break down again anytime soon, but if it does, it's in good hands with Mark.

  Called Mark and asked about a heating problem I was having. Told me he would come by and help. Never showed and never called back either leaving me in a bad spot with my elderly parents. I was totally upset. Refused to answer my calls but when I used another number he answered. Go someone else----
