  Parked with them on the 29th, They have no Handicap Parking, so my disabled daughter and myself had to park on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken and had to walk downstairs with my daughter when we returned, the guy behind the counter was requesting more money in cash and stated were late. I explained we paid for 10 hours worth of parking which was not over. I also explained this was discussed at arrival. The attendant on duty stated he did not care whether my disabled daughter and myself had to walk down 4 flights of stairs due to the fact if an inoperable elevator and it was not his problem we had to walk or they did not have handicap parking. He stated I needed to pay or he would call the police. I explained to go ahead and call the police that I was retrieving my car from the fourth floor so my daughter has someplace to sit while we wait for the police.
