  I would like to give them lower than 1 star but that is not possible on here. I pre-ordered 15 pizzas for a college team to be delivered at 7:30 pm. I called the restaurant at 7:50 to check on the status. I was told that the pizzas had not even been made yet. And they couldn't give me a definitive time for delivery. They said that they got really busy. I called at 12 pm which gave them 7 hours and 30 minutes to prepare for this large order. I asked to cancel the order and have them email me a receipt and they said they couldn't do that. They said I could pick up a copy of the receipt there showing the cancellation. Why would I want to do that? Terrible service. Terrible excuses. Terrible Experience. I will never use that store again.
