  The washer was highly unprofessional and outright disrespectful. He neglected to turn on the steam dryer and left my daughter sitting there for about 15 minutes until Jamilah came to assist us to turn it on. He then proceeded to make negative remarks about the texture of my daughter's natural hair. He stated, "Your mother did nothing to your hair to help you." This was after I was asked to comb my daughter's hair out prior to being serviced. I asked him if he was familiar with doing her hair type and he claimed he had 18 years of experience. Very rude and terrible experience. If you have unrelaxed, natural hair DO NOT ALLOW RASHEED TO TREAT YOUR HAIR! On the positive side, it was addressed swiftly by the manager once I brought it to her attention and she finished my daughter's hair nicely. Jamilah did a great job with blowdrying my daughter's hair and was very helpful in getting me to the right person who could address my concerns. I changed my rating from a 1 to 3 because of this.
