  My wife and I just bought and installed about 400 sq ft of Shaw carpet from Olson Rug. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service, both at the showroom and at the warehouse (where I went to pick up my carpet as I installed it myself rather than using their installers). Cathy helped us pick out the perfect carpet and pad at an amazing price, and Barb kept me updated on the status of my order, since I was working on a tight schedule. They were able to get my carpet delivered to the warehouse less than 1 week after I ordered it, and the warehouse staff was friendly and helpful, especially Andy.
  The carpet is now installed and we couldn't be happier. Great staff willing to go the extra mile for amazing customer service. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be back here the next time I'm buying carpet!
