  This is an untrustworthy agency! Neal Gallo and his manager Valerie Swanson change their customers policies without permission in order to increase their revenue and sales. Email conversations prove that we didnt confirm or authorize these changes therefore corporate office (executive team) and the Illinois Dept of Insurance got involved. This agent and his staff do not return calls to help us with the confusion in policy change and their emails are very rude instead of addressing their fraudulent actions. Their emails are unprofessional considering the huge mess they created. The turn around of workers in this office is pathetic. You never speak to the same person twice. Their emails are inconsisent with statements that arent factual plus they contradict each other and we never know if the owner or the manager tell the truth since they are not on the same page. Many many mistakes which is embarassing to the State Farm name.

  I agree with other reviews I have read, this agency is very sketchy!! Neal Gallo and his staff are rude, sneaky, unethical and unprofessional. They make unauthorized changes to policies, then hide behind emails making up lies and pointing fingers to non existent departments and people. They refuse to address the problems via phone calls. With the help from corporate, we came to realization of a lot of their mistakes and lies. We had to remove our policies and other family members policies to another agent after many, many years of inconsistencies and lies from Neal Gallo and staff.

  Have been with this agency for many, many years, and have had issues but continued to stay with them. But now I am highly upset with them, the staff is unreliable, unorganized and lacks communication with one another. There is no follow-up from staff and their customer service is awful, they tend to back track and not provide clear explanations.
