  The most unhelpful staff I ever came across, he barely opened his mouth while trying to answer my question, so I just guessed that he opened the pump so I could do full.

  Pumping gas after pre-paying for it inside the store, and having to go back in to make sure the refund has been credited to my card was quite the experience for me in Chicago! I am used to the seamless process at the pumps in Canada. The person at the counter was very understanding of me, though. No issues.
