  The tour guides and drivers of this company were absolutely fantastic, however if you're planning on taking advantage of the "hop off, hop on" part of their line, I wouldn't recommend this line. Maybe it was an off day, but the day my family used their trolleys we spent nearly half the day waiting for them! They say that their trolleys will be at the stops every 45 minutes, but we were waiting at least double that each time. They also gave you a phone number to see where the closest trolley is, and each time we waited we called them about 3 times, each time they said "only about 10 minutes away from you" and yet we had to wait over an hour and a half each time! It was absolutely ridiculous. I understand big city traffic, but while we were waiting the other line had buses at each stop every 10-15 minutes! Although that trolley line was nearly double in price, if you want a day full of sight-seeing, it would pay off to use the other one. You would probably be able to see the entire city instead of just 3 places before they all closed for the night. Again the staff was absolutely wonderful, but the waiting was just ridiculous.
