  Absolutely HORRIBLE - Park anywhere but here. Since you have no idea when the shuttle van is going to arrive at MDW to pick you up you're left stranded. Sometimes it is very fast, but sometimes you can wait more than 20 mins and you never know which (and you have to wait outside in the cold as it is first come first served and the busses can fill and you have to wait for a 2nd bus). A simple tracker app would allow users to know when the bus was coming and that would offer some relief... right now they have a soul-less phone system, and a life-less text system to call for the busses so you can't even be assured that one is on the way by a real person. Park anywhere else you can as this is not the answer.
