  Made appointment for oil change & tire rotation with the coupon.
  It took exactly 2 hours and towards the end , the service specialist or the manager tells me I need lots of repairs and mentions laundry list of "things needed to be repaired & replaced". Total estimate he said would cost me came to $1700 something with about $600 in labor cost.
  I said NO THANKS. The service worker inside the shop tells me my tires are good except everything else and that I was ready to go. I asked if he rotated my tires and he said its not needed. I asked him to rotate the tire because that's why i am here. They said the fluid top off is just washer and they didn't top it off. Over all, I wasn't satisfied!
