  45 minutes into the trip, ventilation problems forced the bus to return back to Chicago, resulting in a total delay of 2 hours. This is unfortunate, but understandable. Problems happen. However, when we called about reimbursement, customer service informed us that the trip had only been delayed by 45 minutes, meaning that we could not claim any refund.
  
  How hard is it to keep a record of such information? I tried calling customer service at the Chicago office specifically and could not reach anyone. This is not how a major transportation company ought to run.
