  So much money spent here to find out why my battery kept draining. Even let them replace the alternator. Finally googled it and amazingly found the issue myself. Hands free link. Just needs to be disconnected, because I don’t even use it. And they still want to charge me more money for doing that and for yet another battery. I am beyond disappointed with this lack of customer focus. I always thought they were better than this.
