  I tried to order 2 different types of hot coffee and it confused the heck out of the woman taking my order. Caramel large macchiato and small Americano. She kept changing to 2 of one or the other. I don't think she knew they were different drinks. Then I asked if they had two for one pies. She didn't know what "pie" was until I said "apple pie".
  I speak clean English but she could not understand OR she doesn't know anything about the menu?
  I left the drive through without completing my order...
