  Interesting that many people give the ratings with low stars. Especially when they only experienced it for the very first time about complaints about their food. It is a different story when they got their order wrong a whole lot of times or if the food was cold. They try to get everyone's order right and fresh for everyone. Many people inside the lobby who are waiting for their food have no patience and become angry when someone who got their food before them. Some food do take time to make especially for a quarter pounder.
  
  In the Drive-Thru, it can be a pain for crew members when some customers say "yes" to their wrong order because they have to figure out the difference how much they owe or give back money back.
  
  Overall, their food quality are in fact good and inside the store is very clean (especially the public bathroom). And the people who are working there are nice and friendly with everyone. They are doing their best to give the customers their food fresh and not have an issue with a customer who is very angry. Relax and have patience.
