  First impressions are everything. Last week was my first time going to this McDonald's - and my last too. I went through the drive through for my order. In which I ordered a chicken nuggets and a large - NONFAT - Carmel Macchiato w/ extra Carmel. I was in the drive through for more then 10 mins. When they finally came to the window with my order, my nuggets were cold and hard and I still had to wait on my coffee. When my coffee arrived, it wasn't at all what I ordered. Instead of a nonfat Carmel Macchiato with extra Carmel, they gave me a large cup of coffee. I'll never go back to this McDonald's - EVER!
