  Very disorganized. And the food was well below average. The host was relying on memory to seat people waiting for a table. He wasn't writing names or party sizes and he sat 2 parties that came after us before us. He said the wait was 5-10 minutes, but it ended up becoming 20. Food took another 32 minutes to arrive. All of this could have been forgotten had the food been amazing. The pastries were so poorly laminated. There were no layers in the croissants, pain au chocolate, pistachio danish or almond croissant. They were all spongy, including baguette. Great menu and flavors, but very poor technical execution. Could benefit from a real pastry chef.
