  Last minute, my new landlord notified me that my move in date to my new condo would be delayed. My current lease was coming to an end, and I had absolutely nowhere to put all of my things. So, I started looking for a storage unit for the first time. They were the first storage facility I called.
  
  I explained to them my situation, and WOW I was so amazed with their response. Customer service assisted immediately!!!!! They gave me helpful tips, recommendations, and assistance all in a professional manner. Most importantly, I WAS ABLE TO RENT A STORAGE UNIT THE DAY I CALLED at a reasonable price!!!!! The place was very clean and easily accessible. I had no problems with using my access code, opening the garage door (YOU CAN BRING YOUR TRUCK INSIDE, HUGE PLUS), or transporting my things in and out of the unit.
  
  My first storage experience was a GREAT experience. I highly recommend this facility as they have put me at ease. Thank you so much Bernard and Shannon!!!!

  They charge for a month I didn’t use the cell!
  
  I rented a space for about 5 months and it was okay , when I wanted to leave the storage On October 1st ( the auto pay usually happen on the 4th) I went to the office and told them I’m evacuating the space tonight so that they don’t charge me for another month. They told me that once the cell is empty we will refund you for the days that are left which are basically 29 days. I evacuated and the next morning I got a call from the office asking me if I evacuated ,since I left the door of my cell open, and I told them “I evacuated yes”
  The person on the phone told me that the refund will show on my bank account within 4 to 6 weeks. More than two months went by and I called the office asking about the problem and the person whom I talk to told me that she will look into it but she can’t promise they will refund me since they change the manager! Like really ? So what if it’s not the manager! It’s not my problem !
  She said she would get back to me but I never heard from her!
