  Nice locations, but indifferent and sometimes callous management. When I opened the fridge with the toaster and microwave on, the lights went out. Given the high rent, I might've expected the owners to modernize the wiring. But no. They didn't care a bit. But they sure cared about jacking the rent.

  When we were looking for apartments on Eastlake, everything we liked was owned by Lee Street. We were hesitant because some of the bad reviews that people leave, but six months into our lease we've had nothing but a good experience here.
