  My fiancé and I wanted to enjoy a weekend in Chicago. New to the area we picked the first parking place we found. After sightseeing we returned to LAZ to retrieve our car. We had made reservations for a fancy dinner a MONTH BEFORE we came to IL. Because this parking garage took over 40 min to both collect our money and give us the car we were forced to cancel. I’m beyond livid. They’re lucky they make you pay before hand or we would’ve refused to give them a dime because we were forced to waste even more money due to their negligence. If I could give a negative star rating I would. We watched them bring out cars for people who weren’t even there and people that showed up AFTER us. Even after speaking with one of the workers we still waited forever.
