  This place is pretty cool, the track is freaking awesome, I needed a indoor facility and forgot I have a membership here i never used. I've ran here every morning for a few days, I have one more week until my CPD test and this place is an idea training facility for the next couple months.
  Awesome, very clean, friendly, and a little resturante connected. Look forward to finishing my training here.

  This is such a great gym! They have an indoor track, and make the most use of the east side of their 1st and 2nd floor for gym equipment. It is family-oriented which means kids, adults and seniors can all enjoy what this gym has to offer. Because this gym is open to all, the environment is more relaxed and friendly compared to other gym chains. The sauna is the icing on the cake, but the one in the women's locker room is quite small. The hours are limiting, so make sure you try to get here early!
