  I had such a positive and fun experience apartment searching with realtor, Joseph Perez. We all know how tedious, stressful and time consuming apartment hunting can be and he helped me find the perfect apartment amongst others that would have also been a perfect fit for me. He asked me what I was looking for and he found several terrific apartments within my personal needs and did an excellent job with answering all of my questions. When he took me around to see apartments, he was excellent company and was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods and fun things to do in the area. He is a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to talk to. Joseph was also super fast in getting the application sent to me and then the landlord when I decided on the apartment which I live in currently. I had been searching for apartments in March in the Edgewater area and apartments were being rented out fast and he was successful in helping me during a busy time of year. I will absolutely ask Joseph again to help me find another apartment when the time comes. For now though, I love my home and I plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. Overall excellent experience and would go through Land Star Realty again.

  I worked with Ms. Crystal Banks and she was just phenomenal!. I contacted her late at night about helping us find a place and not only did she immediately respond, but the next day she was able to find me a place I really liked and applied for. Even though I didn't get that place, she sent my application in for another place and got accepted and it was even better than the first. All within 3 days! Crystal I just want to say thank you so much for working with us and finding is the perfect home in such little time. Hopefully there's a chance to work with you in again in the future. We appreciate you so much.
