  I had a signed contract with a seller represented by this agency, closing date was set, finances in order, and the seller cancelled the contract with no reason given. I have since found out through the real estate agent representing them, that they sold the house to someone else, which is why the "legal & binding" contract was cancelled. They have yet to return my earnest money. I find this to be highly unethical, and would never have them represent me to sell or buy a property. I would give them ZERO stars, except it would not let me.
