  Looking for a new place after this placed ruined 4 diff dress shirts on 2 separate occasions and wasnt interested in hearing me explain that while I fully understand that these things happen from time to time, the expectation should be that the shop should meet the customer in the middle. Especially when its a matter of principle (problems where only discovered when shirts were taken out of bags to wear). I gave them a choice of discussing the issue and keeping a customer, or losing my business. I guess making their point was more important than the $65-75 tab they ring up every other week when I visit them. My money will spend somewhere else. To be clear, I paid the ticket in full each time the shirts were ruined, I simply wanted an explanation and an assurance that it wouldnt happen again. Neither was given.
