Always amazing service and great selection. They have basically everything you need and everything you "need." The customer service is always amazing and I NEVER feel like I'll be looked down on if I ask for help on how to complete my home project or describe something as "you know...that thing with the thing on top." They are all so friendly and knowledgable I can't recommend them enough.

If there are three things that every customer LOVES, regardless of which industry and regardless of what they're shopping for, it's (1) fair pricing, (2) helpfulness, and (3) friendliness. This store offers you all three. The staff is always courteous and always super knowledgeable. Each time I've stopped in here to get something I need (which they always have), I've walked out feeling not just satisfied as a customer who found what he needed but happy that I've been able to spend my money at such a genuinely terrific, family-owned, local business. I have zero interest in hardware as a hobby or for its own sake, but coming here is so pleasant that it almost makes me want to get interested in it, lol. Best hardware store in the area - maybe in all of Chicago, as far as I know.
