  Completely incompetent agent and completely incompetent administrative assistant. They had so many clerical issues on a simple renters policy that I have had to be in contact with them a dozen times over the course of 4 months. They were not ever able to resolve the issue, and it was all due to the admin entering the incorrect information. After months and a dozen calls, I had to switch to another agent. Jim Tom would not respond to my countless emails and phone calls.
