  Jim Karas Personal Training is worth every minute and every penny.
  
  I am a client at the Westmont, IL location. As a 61 year old female Ironman, I have experienced many levels of athletic trainers. After an almost 5 year hiatus from racing to launch a new business (which has necessitated 85K miles of driving in 14 months) I found myself struggling to regain my past strength and endurance. With another Ironman on the books, fortunately I heard an interview with Jim Karas and decided to try his techniques by investing in training with his coaches.
  
  It was the best move I have ever made in my racing career.
  
  Everything about this operation is extremely professional, yet warmly personal. The coaches have impressive backgrounds and educations. They are focused on the client and research/deliver personalized programs that can be taken home and reinforced out of the gym.
  Instead of competing with each other, they work as a team - each bringing unique strengths
  to the training palette. From what I have gleaned, not only does the Karas corporation constantly provide professional development for their coaches, the individuals themselves are hungry to stay on top of all new developments/innovations in the fitness field - not an easy task!
  
  The actual physical gym in Westmont is clean, efficient and well maintained - not to mention very accessible with free parking! The choreography of the coaches is a constant flow of utilizing the best tools for their clients while making sure everything is ready for the next coach to pick up and use at any time.
  
  I highly recommend training with the Jim Karas team for anyone who is serious about seeing results. We are lucky to have them in the Chicago area.

  Have been going to Jim Karas Personal Training for about 8 months now and don't ever see myself quitting. The trainers there are very well experienced, forming each workout to your personal needs. They really know what they are talking about. I haven't felt/looked this good in years. I never thought I could be in this good of shape at my age. Now I am feeling better than ever thanks to Jim Karas Personal Training.
