  *****Horrible service*****.. Been coming here to debra for the last 4 years.. Never will i come into any jackson hewitt. So i was victim of identity theft. I had moved and didn't receive my pin#... So i went to debra and she mailed it in A MONTH LATER...how the hell are you going to mail my return a month after we signed paper... Oh did i make a big deal out of it.. Ended up gettin my 650$ in preparation fees... Whats crazy is that we've never had a problem going there ever..but this one time screwed up my money hard. People count on that money and she was careless .. ANOTHER THING.. So my state return was processed. On the 4/20/18 and my funds were rejected because they closed the account were they were supposed to be deposited...SO GUESS WHAT.. IM GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT LONGER BECAUSE I MOVED FROM THE ADRESS AND PUT IN A FORWARD OF ADRESS. WHY THE HELL DID THEY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT..WHO CARES.. BECAUSE ILL NEVER SCREW AROUND AND GO GET MY TAXES PREPARED BY UNPROFESSIONAL DUMBASSES......
