  Been loyal customer for approx 10 yrs. Kept coming back because i usually get good service as well as info saved. Moved but go out of my way to go to same location, however no more. Scheduled appointment to show up to abandoned office. Called and was informed moved a block down. Would've been useful info at time appointment was made but no problem; small details get overlooked. The thing that upset me was not only was my appointment not kept but when i couldn't wait any longer(hr and a half), i had told them i had to leave, i was given an attitude with one employee storming off. As a long term returning customer, i should not have been treated that way. Yes...they r busy, but it's tax season...what do you expect?! Call customers and reschedule. Dont have attitude. Just lost customer.
