  Metra is the WORST. They're constantly late and the conductors don't bother to annouce it. They just let you figure it out. Several people have been hit. Cars are dirty. Metra is more worried about paying for stupid updates like wifi in the cars or new seats which don't maximize the space. And they continue to increase the ticket prices. How about just training staff better? That's an easy fix, metra.
