  Literally sitting outside this establishment right now. It's 8:25 pm, they close at 9pm. I went inside about 5 minutes ago, to get a city sticker, which I need before tomorrow. I was told by the clerk, that "the system is shut down". When I asked what she meant, she said, "we close in a few minutes, so I shut it down, because I have to close things out". 40 minutes prior to closing, is not "a few minutes". They advertise they sell city stickers and state plate stickers, but apparently, only if you are here an hour, or earlier, prior to close. Not a well run business. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I just watched another lady go in, and try to pay a bill, she got turned away. Why say you are open until 9 pm, if you shut everything down. Just close at 8, and close your doors. I'm going to check with the city about this establishment selling city stickers, yet "shutting the system down" at least 45 minutes prior to actual closing. Maybe the city can "shut down" this establishments ability to sell city stickers.
