  I was at the Pulaski/Irving Park branch today with a purpose of opening a new account. I was greeted warmly when I entered the door, which I thought was a good sign, and was told to take a seat because the personal banker named Cesar was still with a customer. I was the only customer waiting there until an elderly lady came in. When the personal banker was done with the customer he was assisting, I thought I would be next, but he called the elderly lady first and he ignored me. So I patiently waited again. Then another lady came in and sat down. When the banker was done with the previous customer, he came, and again.... called this lady who just sat there with me for just a couple minutes, to come in to his office... as if he did not see me at all! Was I invisible to him??? I was treated like a second class citizen....a chopped liver! I felt like I was being profiled. I figured they don't want my business...and I've decided not to do business with this bank at all after this disappointing experience, so I stormed out of there. I will be calling my brother who has an account here, who referred me to this bank. Bad customer service!
