  Leasing Agent Dan Picone IS FANTASTIC. ASK FOR HIM. The rest of the experience, I would NOT suggest.
  
  I have been looking all over the city and have met with MANY agents, brokers, managers, etc., Dan was working hard to get me into an apartment via The Homestead Group. He went above and beyond. Personable, knowledge and helpful.
  
  I look forward to recommending him to others.
  
  I stopped by the office to talk with Dan (and he recommended Bee as well) about paying cash and/or writing a check right then and there to sign a lease at a possibly lowered agreed upon rental price for a unit that had seen better days, and as we approached Bee’s desk, there was a brunette young lady leaning on Bee’s desk, (I think now revealed to be Katelin) and I heard her say “She already gave you her answer, why don’t you just forget about it and go away”.
  
  She said that.
  
  LOUDLY.
  
  In front of a customer.
  
  It was upsetting for me, because here has been this great guy, and worker, trying EVERYTHING he could to get me into a Homestead Group apartment, and this girl verbally confronts him LOUDLY and RUDELY, (and Bee does NOTHING about it) trying one more way about finding a solution.
  
  It was embarrassing.
  
  I was and AM thankful that Dan was willing to take the extra step and go above and beyond by trying to figure out how to get the place, that has been on the market for months, rented right then and there. THAT is who I want to work with and refer people to. NOT someone who says you already got an answer so “forget it and go away”.
  
  Does she not know what kind of business she’s in? HE sure does.
  
  Again: ask for Dan. He's a machine who will take care of you.
