  This place has absolutely no concern for there customers, all they want is to take your money and charge you for anything that they possible can. Very unreasonable staff and management will never get back with you. Calling their 800 customer service line was of absolutely no help. You would think a big corporation like Hertz, would do a better job in trying to meet their customers needs. Shame on you.
