Very rude staff. Would NEVER go to this location again. The employee (Trevor/Travis I think?) tried to give me a car that did not match the rental agreement, saying that wasn't a big deal. He said it was just something corporate did. I called the Hertz 800 number and spoke with someone else and they said that it was a big deal and to ask for a different car or updated rental agreement. When I asked for an updated rental agreement or another car the employee said there was nothing he could do and that he had no other cars.. Extremely unaccommodating and unprofessional. I ended up having to drive to another Hertz location to exchange the car. What should have taken a half hour to get a car turned into 2.5 hours of getting jerked around and having to drive around the city to do their job. Ridiculous.
