  I love my doctor here (and these stars are for her). But I really hate their patient service. For one they take forever answering the phone. You have to call like 10 times. Then they put you on a long hold, for about 5-10 minutes, transfer you to the wrong person, and before you know it you have to call all over again. They also joke and horse play around with eachother a lot at the desk when your just trying to get checked in and be out. Very unprofessional. People don't have time for this. Its a doctor's office for goodness sake not a playground. Show some work ethic and conduct.

  Never ever had a problem...great place....for a place that deals with everyone and majority Medicaid and low income patients they have a extremely cleans and efficient facility and the staff are the nicest people. It sounds like everyone else who low balled them on stars is just angry and impatient.

  I really don't understand why the ratings on here are so low... I've never had any issues here and I LOVE my doctor! The staff is always friendly and efficient, and I've always been able to get an appointment, even on short notice. The office is relatively easy to get to, very clean, and open good hours. 5 stars!
