  I've been going to this salon since they opened up years ago. As an Asian, it's hard to find a non-Asian stylist who knows what to do with my fine hair.
  
  I get my hair cut a couple times a year and I never choose a specific stylist. I don't get anything fancy or complicated so I also don't make any appointments. Going in on a weekend around lunch always seems to work for me. The longest I've ever had to wait was about 20 minutes. Usually, they get to me as soon as I unzip my jacket.
  
  I don't care for small talk, especially when I'm at a salon. I generally close my eyes and let the stylists do their things. Each stylist I've gotten usually makes some conversation, like where I'm from or what I'm doing for the holidays, so they're all very pleasant.
  
  I'm used to Chinese hair salons and I don't go into one with the same expectations I would have for a Western hair salon. I'm just there to get my hair cut and that's all. They do it very well and I have no reason to stop going.

  I've been going here for years, haircuts, color, digital perms. Always happy with the results and they have the most comfortable hair washing chairs/sinks-- no neck pain!
