  I typically do not like going to the dentist. I always had a fear of dentists, but I absolutely had to do something about my wisdom tooth that had been hurting for three weeks. The pain got to the point where I had to do something about my tooth. Dr. Franklin happened to be one of the dentists in my dental insurance network who was located near my house. I called and set up an appointment. The night before my dental appointment, I was awake all night worrying about having my tooth pulled even though the pain was killing me. When I got to Dr. Franklin's office, I still felt anxious about having my tooth pulled. But her staff was friendly and Dr. Franklin made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain what needed to be done. But what I appreciated most about my visit is that I had no pain while she was taking my wisdom tooth out. Honestly, I barely felt the needle. Even though I am still a work in progress about going to the dentist, but Dr. Franklin has helped me get over some of my fear of the dentist. My next step with her is a cleaning.

  I called once and made an appointment for an extraction. We set the appointment for 4/26/2017...When I got the extraction, Dr. Franklin was very friendly. She numbed my gums so the extraction was completely painless. I enjoyed my experience.
